I was the CTO at MSI / Aperian and started working there the same day as did Bob Frank. I reported to Bob (COO) and worked very closely with him as we launched new data centers in 9 different US cities.

Bob has the innate ability of knowing when he needs to provide managerial oversight and when he can allow the team to run without specific direction. He has a remarkable ability to quickly assess a problem and then swiftly move the team from the problems to the solutions.

His strong leadership and experience is evident in the manner in which he creates a work environment where people are excited about coming to work each day. Simultaneously he ensures the shareholders are prospering while driving everyone in the organization towards a common vision and strategy.

Something that has always stuck with me during my career was Bob saying "Is this something the client wants or needs? If it is not, then let's not waste time and energy on it, let's find something that solves their critical business issues".

He is constantly thinking of ways to integrate processes and business units that will enhance the customers experience. He does not have time for negativity or what we can't do. His focus is always to stay positive and think of what we can do! He is easy to work with and is a master at creating a team spirit that gets everyone enthused about the project. We have continued to work together on other projects since Aperian. I know if I want something done right I can turn to Bob Frank.
